General Manager, Novotel & Ibis Otel Gaziantep
- Overall responsibility for the efficient & effective operations,
- Maximize revenue potential, maintain cost control measures to achieve hotel objectives& budget,
- Provide operational & strategic direction to hotel team& support managers in their individual roles,
- Implement the product & marketing strategies as per the Brand guidelines
- Promote the hotel through development & implementation of aggressive sales, public relations, marketing and distribution strategies
- Represent Accor in all matters relating to the hotel
- Minimum 5 years operational management experience,
- A strong understanding of Hotel Operations,
- Sales & Distribution and Revenue Management,
- Excellent negotiation, financial, analytical skills,
- Able to perform well under stress, strong organizational and planning skills,
- Ability to lead, motivate and animate a team
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English is required.
