General Manager Projects (Civil Construction)

The General Manager Projects (Civil Construction) will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple high-rise and commercial construction projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing complex projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and HSE regulations. The successful candidate will oversee project schedules, budgets, and cost control measures, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets. Key responsibilities include leading project managers and site teams, managing contractors and subcontractors, and coordinating with clients for project reviews and risk management. The ideal candidate will possess strong exposure to high-rise residential and commercial building projects, demonstrating expertise in multi-project execution and team leadership. Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, cost control, QA/QC, HSE, and ISO compliance is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have strong skills in contract management and stakeholder coordination. This position is based in Maharashtra and requires a minimum of 20 years of experience in the civil construction industry, with a preference for candidates having 22-25 years of experience. The salary range for this role is between 10.0 Lakh INR to 26.0 Lakh INR, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
