Qualification: BE / B.Tech Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced General Manager Projects to lead multiple high-rise residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution and delivery.
• Manage multiple high-rise and commercial construction projects.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, BOQ and cost control.
• Ensure quality standards, ISO 9001:2015 and HSE compliance.
• Lead Project Managers, Planning, QA/QC, Safety and Site teams.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors and consultants.
• Handle client coordination, project reviews and risk management.
• Ensure timely project completion within approved budgets.

Required Skills:

• Strong high-rise residential and commercial building project exposure.
• Multi-project execution and team leadership.
• Project planning, budgeting and cost control.
• QA/QC, HSE and ISO compliance.
• Contract management and stakeholder coordination.
