Job Title: General Manager

Radisson Blu Hotel, Lagos Ikeja is seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead hotel operations, drive commercial performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the hotel’s P&L and daily operations.
• Lead and supervise a diverse hotel workforce.
• Ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable hotel operations.
• Uphold Radisson brand standards and exceed guest expectations.
• Execute company strategies and drive business performance.
• Maximize revenue opportunities and strengthen brand reputation.
• Manage the hotel budget and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Serve as a key link between the central team and hotel owners.

Requirements

• Experience in hotel management or a related field.
• Experience in a similar leadership position is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service.
• Strong understanding of guest experience, revenue generation, and commercial performance.
• Experience with MICE and sales within the Nigerian market**.
• Resort experience is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
