Job Summary

The General Manager leads the company’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance. This role manages engineering, project management, business development, commercial operations, and support functions to deliver construction engineering solutions while driving growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s strategic planning and execution to achieve growth and profitability targets
• Direct engineering and project management teams to ensure timely, quality delivery of construction engineering solutions
• Drive business development initiatives to expand client base and commercial opportunities
• Oversee commercial operations and support functions to maintain operational excellence and efficiency
• Foster a high-performance culture by developing leadership capabilities and promoting employee engagement
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies to uphold operational integrity
• Ensure company's SOP are met
