We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our RV Resort in historic Rock Springs, Arizona—a destination welcoming travelers since the 1800s and known for its scenic beauty, famous pies, and enduring spirit of hospitality.

As General Manager, you’ll oversee resort operations, lead a dedicated team, drive continued profitability, and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for guests and residents. You’ll help carry on Rock Springs’ legacy by creating a welcoming experience where guests can pause, connect, and enjoy the charm and comfort of this unique destination.

To thrive/succeed as the General Manager, you should have:

• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality, resort, campground, or property management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience overseeing daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and employee performance.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and support profitability.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle guest and staff concerns.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems, scheduling, reporting, and operational software.

Your responsibilities as the General Manager will include:

• Oversee daily resort operations and ensure guests and residents receive exceptional customer service consistent with CRR’s Values.
• Lead team member selection, training, scheduling, performance management, and development while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase reservations, occupancy, and brand awareness.
• Prepare and manage the annual operating budget, monitor monthly performance, and analyze P&L variances and revenue trends.
• Coordinate guest activities and events and oversee capital expenditure improvements and property needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including fair housing laws and resort operating requirements.
• Establish and enforce resort rules and standards, address guest and operational issues, and respond to resort needs outside normal business hours.
