General Manager

Position Title: General Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 45K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands Job Description: • Responsible for leading and elevating the overall brand experience, ensuring the highest standards of luxury service, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. • Oversee flagship store operations ensuring best-in-class luxury standards • Maintain a strong understanding of fashion trends, seasonal collections, and competitor landscape • Build relationships with high-net-worth clients, partners, and vendors. Represent the brand at exclusive events and industry engagements Most important screening questions 1. What luxury or premium brands have you managed? 2. Have you handled full P&L responsibility? What was the size of the business (revenue / number of stores)? 3. How many people were you managing (store teams, managers, HO)?

Qualifications: • 45 yrs old and below • Atleast 10–15+ years in luxury / contemporary fashion retail leadership • Proven track record in managing premium or contemporary luxury brands • Must have deep understanding of Dubai luxury consumer behavior
