General Manager - Sales - Hydraulics

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

- Develop new business with OEMs and industrial clients.

- Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Lead and monitor sales team performance.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).

- 12-15+ years of experience in hydraulics cylinder sales.

- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

- Good knowledge of hydraulic products and applications.

- We prefer candidates with experience in hydraulic cylinder manufacturing.
