General Manager (Sales & Operations / Commercial Kitchen Equipment)
- Position : Sales Manager (Electronic Components/Semiconductor)
- Location : Macpherson
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $7,000 + $200 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus + Up to 19 days of Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities with customers and suppliers.
- Handle RFQs, quotations, pricing review and commercial negotiations.
- Review sales contracts and manufacturing service agreements.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams on order fulfilment.
- Manage customer escalations, delivery rescheduling and project updates.
- Lead and support the India team on sales and customer-related matters.
- Monitor inventory requirements and support cost reduction initiatives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports and account updates.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with strong relevant industry experience may also be considered.
- At least five years of B2B sales or account-management experience in semiconductors, electronic components, electronics manufacturing services, or related technical-product distribution.
- Experience leading, mentoring or coordinating an overseas sales or customer-support team is advantageous.
- Willing to travel overseas when required.
