We are currently retained on an exclusive search to recruit a General Manager to lead and scale the operations, business growth, and P&L of an established ship agency in Singapore.

Key Highlights of the Role:

🔸Oversee daily agency operations, vessel husbandry, crew changes, and port services.

🔸Lead business development initiatives, manage client relationships with shipowners/managers, and negotiate agency agreements.

🔸Drive overall P&L, budget performance, and operational cost efficiency.

🔸Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing operations team.

Requirements:

▪️ 10+ years of relevant experience in ship agency, port operations, or maritime management (with proven managerial experience).

▪️ Deep understanding of Singapore port operations, customs, and maritime regulations.

▪️ Established network across shipowners, charterers, and local port stakeholders.
