General Manager

We are hiring a General Manager for our restaurant

Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience as a restaurant manager
- At least 5 years of experience in the Fnb Industry
- Experience in handling restaurant operations including suppliers, customers, management and all take holders
- Able to work with Chef and beverage suppliers to organise and execute wine pairing events
- Require to handle rostering and manpower to ensure daily operations are at its optimal
- Able to strategize and execute plans by management to reach KPIs set quarterly and yearly
- Experience handling multiple branches is a plus not a must
- Relevant experience in a Korean restaurant is a plus
