General Manager - Solar EPC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager for our Solar EPC division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the solar industry, particularly in utility-scale projects and ground-mounted solar installations. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the solar EPC projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. - Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve project goals. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. - Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Required Skills: - Extensive knowledge of the solar industry, particularly in solar EPC and utility-scale projects. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. - Familiarity with electrical systems, including 33 kV and 110 kV installations. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
