General Manager - Solar EPC

We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager for our Solar EPC division, focusing on utility-scale solar projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale solar installations, particularly ground-mounted systems. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee project execution from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the Solar EPC team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery. - Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in solar technology to inform project strategies. Required Skills: - Extensive experience in Solar EPC, particularly in utility-scale projects. - Strong knowledge of ground-mounted solar systems and associated technologies. - Familiarity with electrical systems, including 33 kV and 110 kV installations. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. - Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
