What You'll Do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, food quality, and cleanliness.

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

• Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and operational expenses.

• Drive sales growth while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency.

• Create a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and retention.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and applicable regulations.

• Monitor restaurant performance and implement improvements to achieve business goals.

• Oversee cash handling, reporting, equipment maintenance, and restaurant operations.

• Support local marketing and promotional initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant General Manager experience required.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

• Experience managing restaurant operations, labor, inventory, and costs.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
