General Manager

Our client, an expanding franchise dealer group, is seeking to appoint an experienced General Manager for its premium brand Cork dealership.

The Role

• Maximise dealership profitability through the sale of vehicles, associated products, parts and labour;
• Work in partnership with the manufacturer to contribute to network and brand development;
• Deliver outstanding customer service in line with brand targets;
• Continuously review and improve sales processes and systems to deliver increased levels of customer satisfaction whilst maximising profitability

Requirements

• Previous or current senior management experience within the Motor Industry
• Excellent management skills and an enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude;
• Focused, ambitious and keen to apply your knowledge to all aspects of the dealership
• Efficiently work under pressure
• Excellent personal, marketing and communication skills
