General Manager, Strategy and Office of the CEO

Fixed term up to 6 months - This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on how icare plans, prioritises and delivers its enterprise strategy. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead the Strategy & Office of the CEO function during a pivotal period of organisational transformation. Your focus will be on embedding the structures, governance forums, planning cadences/rhythms and performance discipline that help leaders to make informed decisions, stay aligned on priorities and execute effectively. Working closely with the Group Executive Team, Board and senior leaders, you'll create the foundations that enable strategic outcomes to be delivered consistently across the organisation.
