GENERAL MANAGER ( TCM / Healthcare )

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee the overall management and operations of a TCM clinic in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the daily operations and administration of the TCM clinic

* Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans

* Manage clinic finances, budgeting and business performance

* Oversee staff recruitment, training and performance management

* Coordinate with suppliers, service providers and business partners

* Develop marketing and customer acquisition strategies

* Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore laws, regulations and operational requirements

* Manage business development and expansion initiatives

* Liaise with government agencies and other external stakeholders when required

Requirements:

* Degree or equivalent professional qualification

* Minimum 15 years of relevant management or business operations experience

* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

* Experience in healthcare, TCM, wellness or related industries will be an advantage

* Strong business development and management capabilities

* Able to work independently and lead a growing business in Singapore

Salary: S$16,000/month

Employment: Full-time
