General Manager- Technical
- Manage projects from planning, design implementation to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost effectiveness, including ability to define he project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Responsible for respective project operation including planning, coordinating monitoring and implementing the project from conception of compaction.
- Plan and schedule project timelines, track projects deliverables, monitoring project on quality, cost and time within project budget.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
- Oversee the implementation of project from start to finish and managing all personnel within the project.
- Controlling and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget.
- Candidate must possess at least master’s degree architecture or related degrees.
- At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably senior managers specializing in project real estate or equivalent.
- Well versed with building by-laws and related laws governing construction and property development.
- Good technical and project management abilities with good understanding of design detailing, building regulation and project implementation.
- Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft office, and Microsoft project) preferably.
- Strong track record of successfully completed projects in high rise large scale mixed development/commercial building projects would be an advantage.
