In Ningbo’s traditional downtown, Xiushui Street is a historic neighborhood dating to the Tang Dynasty, named after Xiushui Bridge. Once a gathering place for literati, it features classic Jiangnan water town scenery and preserves valuable architectural and cultural relics from the Ming, Qing, and Republican eras. Today, the street blends its heritage with contemporary culture.

Nestled along Xiushui Street, The Langham, Ningbo Xiushui is housed in a restored historic building dating to the Ming Dynasty, featuring traditional Chinese architecture. The hotel offers 75 refined rooms and suites, an acclaimed restaurant with nine private dining rooms, and five multi-function rooms, making it an ideal venue for events of any scale.

Job Requirements:

•Luxury Hospitality Group experience is required

•China experience is compulsory

•Previous experience in the renovation of historic hotel buildings is preferred

•Minimum 3+ years as an Operational General Manager

•Ability to understand a variety of industrial issues and develop strategic business plans

•Analytical & numerical ability to interpret and present financial data

•Excellent communication skills with ability to present clear & concise information to different stakeholders

•Problem solving ability on both operational and/or strategic areas

•Strong interpersonal skills

•The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management, with a proven track record of success in optimizing hotel profitability

•Fluent written & spoken in both English & Mandarin are mandatory required
