Location: Dallas, TX (Love Field / Empire Central)
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 + monthly performance bonus

The Wags Club has been Los Angeles's go-to luxury dog resort since 2011. Now we've opened in Dallas, with a brand-new building, private boarding suites, and big indoor and outdoor play areas, and we're looking for the leader who will make it the best dog resort in Texas.

This isn't a job where you keep someone else's machine running. You'll hire and coach your own team, earn the trust of a brand-new client base, and set the standard every Wags Club guest (two-legged and four-legged) will expect. You'll have the backing of an established company: proven systems, a full training program, and owners who are supportive and invested in your success.

If you've run a hotel front office, a busy restaurant, a vet hospital, or a multi-department service business, and you love dogs, this is your chance to lead something you can be proud of.

About the Dallas Resort

• 100 private overnight suites for big and small dogs
• Fully supervised cage-free daycare playgroups

• Hospitality-level service from the lobby to the suites

What You'll Do

• Lead every part of the club: Daycare, Boarding, Grooming, Front Desk, and the facility itself
• Recruit, hire, train, and grow a strong local team
• Coach your people: regular feedback, performance reviews, and a culture people want to work in
• Build lasting relationships with clients and turn service problems into loyal customers
• Keep the club running to Wags Club standards, and find ways to make it better
• Manage scheduling, payroll coordination, inventory, and cash handling
• Track the numbers and report on how the club is doing
• Help grow the business through marketing, local partnerships, and social media
• Work with vendors and keep the facility in top shape
• Drive dogs to vet appointments when needed
• Keep the club in line with Texas safety and employment rules

What We Offer

• $60,000 – $70,000 a year, depending on experience

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of management experience (hospitality, pet care, or operations preferred)
• A track record of building and leading teams
• Clear communication and calm problem-solving under pressure
• Comfort working around dogs of all sizes and temperaments
• Experience with business software (Gingr experience is a plus)
• A valid driver's license (new Texas residents must switch to a Texas license within 90 days)
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• A genuine love of dogs and high standards for their care
