- Proven experience in precision engineering, advanced manufacturing or related industries.
- Experience managing an factory / end-to-end manufacturing operations.
- Practical experience in P&L ownership, budgeting and financial management.
- Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and drive business performance.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, quality, supply chain and operational excellence.
- Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
