Requirements:
- A degree in hospitality management or a relevant field
- Prior experience in upscale dining or party lounge concepts is a MUST
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
- A strong sense of leadership and an excellent motivator
- Experience and knowledge to understand the combination of detail, quality, and volume
- Open candidates locally or overseas
