The Role
As a General Manager, you will lead the restaurant with energy, ownership and care. You will be responsible for the daily performance of the business, the guest experience, and the development of a strong, motivated team.
This role is for someone who enjoys being present on the floor, setting standards, supporting people and building a culture where the team takes pride in what they do every day.
What you'll be doing
Leading the daily restaurant operation and ensuring a smooth, high-quality service.
Creating a warm, memorable guest experience in line with Villa Valentina standards.
Coaching, supporting and developing the management and front-of-house team.
Driving sales, profitability, labour control and operational performance.
Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure strong communication and service flow.
Maintaining high standards in cleanliness, compliance, presentation and team behaviour.
Building a positive team culture based on trust, passion, inclusion and ownership.
You'll thrive in this role if you
Previous experience as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant General Manager.
Experience leading busy, guest-focused restaurant operations.
Strong people leadership skills and the ability to develop others.
Good commercial understanding of sales, costs, labour and profitability.
Confidence managing standards, performance and daily priorities.
A hands-on leadership style and strong presence on the floor.
Passion for hospitality, team culture and delivering great guest experiences.
