GENERAL MANAGER WANTED

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our manufacturing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production, business operations, financial performance and ensuring efficient day-to-day management of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the manufacturing facility to ensure efficient production and business performance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of customer requirements.
• Manage procurement, inventory and supply chain activities to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets and implement cost control measures.
• Lead and manage department heads and employees, ensuring effective workforce planning and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards and relevant statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and business partners to maintain strong business relationships.
• Review operational reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Perform any other management duties assigned by the company.
