General Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our business operations and commercial growth in Singapore and the Southeast Asia region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, driving business growth, overseeing operational performance, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to support company growth and achieve organisational objectives.
• Lead business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, business forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Drive continuous process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with regional and global management to execute business strategies and achieve organisational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of senior management experience.
• Proven experience in business development, commercial strategy, operations management, and organisational leadership.
• Strong leadership, financial management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing regional business operations will be an advantage.
