• Manage, supervise, and coordinate staff recruitment, training, work schedules, and performance evaluations.

• Lead and motivate employees to maintain high service standards and achieve business targets.

• Monitor sales performance, operating expenses, inventory, and resource allocation to control costs and maximize profitability.

• Ensure excellent customer service, handle customer feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.

• Oversee purchasing activities, supplier coordination, stock management, and inventory control.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety requirements, workplace safety standards, and applicable government regulations.

• Manage administrative duties, operational records, and business reports to support effective management decisions.
