About the Role
YellowDoor Hotels is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel in Abuja. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure high standards of service.
- Manage and lead the hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the corporate team on budgeting, marketing, and strategic planning.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale property.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
