- Keep equipment running smoothly: perform routine preventive and non-scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs of hotel machinery.
- Respond to service requests: quickly handle guest and team member work orders for equipment and machinery repairs.
- Document maintenance activities: record completed repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention.
