We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate General Practice Nurse (or Registered Nurse with clinic experience) to join our team part-time at our state-of-the-art TLC Medical Centre in Hallam.
About TLC Medical Centres – Hallam
Located at our Hallam centre is a modern, mixed billing medical facility offering comprehensive services including general practice, physiotherapy, allied health, and nursing care. Co-located with TLC Aged Care Hallam, the centre serves both aged care residents and the wider community, supported by a highly experienced team of healthcare professionals.
What you’ll be doing
- Conduct Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments
- Administer immunisations
- Provide wound care and assist with minor procedures
- Manage stock and vaccine ordering
- Perform general treatment room duties
Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant nursing qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Nurse Immuniser qualification (or willingness to complete training)
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum 3 doses)
- 2025 Influenza vaccination
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes police check)
- Aged care experience is highly regarded
- Full working rights in Australia
