General Supply Specialist

About the Position: Serves as the Property Book Officer within U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Japan Engineer District (CEPOJ). Administers the Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP), Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL), and Logistics Awards. This position is located on Camp Zama, Japan. Serve as the Property Book Officer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Japan Engineer District (CEPOJ).

Administer the Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP). Schedule and conduct formal Command Supply inspections and technical assistance visits to all CEPOJ supply activities.

Administer and monitor the Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL) and Inventory Adjustment Program. Responsible for processing, staff supervision, and technical review of all CEPOJ FLIPLS and inventory adjustment reports.

Prepare local policy and procedural guidance to promote efficiency and effectiveness in material management. Analyze information and statistical data on causes of inventory variances.

Participate in the planning and coordination of supply logistics support for bilateral exercises including support requirements of participating units and activities.
