Highview Baptist Church regularly relies on Support Staff to assist with the day-to-day administrative, ministry, and operational needs of our church. This posting is designed to collect interest from individuals who feel called and equipped to serve in a support role, even if there is not an immediate opening at the time of application. Support Staff roles may vary based on campus, department, season, and ministry needs. Individuals in these roles provide behind-the-scenes support that helps ministries function smoothly and effectively in service of our mission.

Support Staff responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Administrative and clerical support (scheduling, data entry, communication, document preparation)
• Ministry support tasks such as coordination, follow-up, and volunteer assistance
• Front office, hospitality, or welcome-related support
• Assisting with events, projects, and seasonal initiatives
• Supporting campus operations and general organizational needs
• Collaborating with pastors, ministry leaders, and staff teams as assigned

Ideal candidates may have:

• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
• Flexibility and a willingness to support a variety of tasks and ministries
• Basic computer and office technology proficiency
• A servant-hearted posture and alignment with Highview’s mission and values
• The ability to work independently while also functioning well as part of a team

This position could be part-time or full time, depending on the availability and need. Depending on the need, this position may be open to remote work.
