Copper State Bolt & Nut Company is seeking an organized and dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including material handling, order pulling, stocking, shipping, receiving, and inventory.

Fastener or warehouse experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This position requires someone who works well in a team environment and takes pride in accuracy, safety, and keeping the warehouse organized.

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery.
• Load and unload trucks and assist with inbound and outbound shipments.
• Receive incoming product and verify quantities and product accuracy.
• Stock and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with Will Call orders and customer pickups.
• Prepare shipments for UPS, FedEx, freight, and company deliveries.
• Use RF scanners and computer systems to record product, quantities, locations, and inventory transactions.
• Assist with inventory counts, returns, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Generate and prepare replenishment orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Work closely with receiving, shipping, order pulling, and other warehouse teams.
• Report inventory discrepancies, missing product, safety hazards, and other issues to a supervisor.

What You Bring

• Warehouse, distribution, material handling, or inventory experience is preferred.
• Forklift experience
• Fastener or industrial product experience is a plus.
• Ability to accurately handle product, quantities, inventory locations, and system transactions.
• RF scanner or computer experience is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to learn.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for most of an 8+ hour shift.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ lbs.
• Ability to load and unload materials and perform repetitive material-handling activities.
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment.

Schedule & Requirements

Overtime may be required based on business needs and must be authorized by a supervisor.

All positions require successful completion of a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background check.
