General Warehouse Worker/ Back-up Delivery Assistant

Location: Ridgefield, WA | Full-Time | $22.00–$24.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

At Inter-Pak Supply, the work we do behind the scenes makes a big difference on the jobsite. As a General Warehouse Worker / Back-up Delivery Assistant, you'll help ensure building materials are received, organized, and delivered accurately and on time.

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team player who takes pride in doing things right, works safely, and enjoys staying active throughout the day. If you're someone who likes hands-on work and being part of a team that gets things done, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, sort, and organize incoming building materials and shipments.
• Pick, verify, and prepare orders for accurate and timely delivery.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers using safe material-handling practices.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
• Assist with inventory counts, tracking, and maintaining accurate records.
• Identify and communicate damaged materials, shipment discrepancies, and inventory concerns.
• Assist delivery drivers with loading, unloading, and handling materials at delivery locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Work closely with team members and carriers to keep daily operations running smoothly.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying orders.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety, reliability, and accountability.
• Ability to safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 65 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, and maneuver heavier appliances using appropriate equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience.
• Experience operating forklifts or other material-handling equipment.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and inventory systems.
• Knowledge of residential construction materials, such as doors, millwork, appliances, plumbing, and electrical supplies.

Don't have forklift experience? No problem! We're willing to train the right person.
