- General Worker
Responsibilities
- Carry out general construction and renovation works.
- Assist skilled workers with daily site activities.
- Load, unload and transport construction materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the worksite.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
- Follow site safety regulations and company procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Site Supervisor or Project Manager.
Requirements
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.
- Responsible, hardworking and punctual.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in construction or renovation is an advantage but not required.
- Possess a valid safety certificate (preferred).
2. Painting Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Supervise painting works at construction and renovation sites.
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower.
- Ensure painting quality meets project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and project managers.
- Inspect completed work and rectify defects when required.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Maintain proper records of work progress and materials used.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of painting supervision experience.
- Good knowledge of painting methods, coatings and surface preparation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to read drawings and work schedules.
- Responsible, organised and able to manage multiple projects.
- Possess relevant safety certifications (preferred).
3. Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates and project budgets.
- Take off quantities from drawings and specifications.
- Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs and ensure budgets are maintained.
- Assist in tender submissions and contract administration.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and project teams.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of construction materials and renovation works.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
