Position - General worker and delivery driver

GW Job Description (Main)

• Read and interpret technical drawings.

• Select, measure and align parts or subassemblies for production.

• Operate power and hand tools, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble components.

• Wash manufactured parts, where required.

• Perform cable installation, leak testing, inspection and troubleshooting of dampers to ensure proper functionality and compliance with required specifications.

• Troubleshoot assembly issues and report malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisor.

• Perform basic maintenance of tools and equipment to reduce downtime and prevent injury.

• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Operations Manager or Supervisor.

Delivery Driver Job Description (Back up)

1. Deliver and collect goods, materials, equipment and documents between the Factory, customers, suppliers and other designated locations island-wide.

2. Pack, load, unload and secure goods properly to ensure items are transported safely and damage-free.

3. Check delivery orders, invoices and other relevant documents to ensure the correct goods and quantities are delivered and collected.

4. Ensure goods are delivered to the correct location and obtain the necessary acknowledgement where required.

5. Operate the assigned vehicle safely and responsibly while complying with traffic laws and road safety.

6. Conduct basic checks on the assigned vehicle before use and report any vehicle defects, damage or maintenance issues promptly.

7. Keep the assigned vehicle clean, orderly and in good operating condition.

8. Follow planned delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely delivery and collection of goods.

9. Assist production with any processes when required.

10. Comply with the Company's workplace safety guidelines at all times.

11. Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or operations manager.
