Generative AI/Agentic AI Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer / Senior AI Engineer with strong practical experience in Python, Classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate should have experience designing and developing production-ready AI solutions, with strong programming and machine learning fundamentals.

Tech Stack & Responsibilities:

- Strong hands-on experience in Python and software development.

- Strong practical experience in Classical Machine Learning algorithms, model development, evaluation, and optimization.

- Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn and ML techniques such as classification, regression, clustering, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.

- Strong practical experience in Deep Learning using PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.

- Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs and Generative AI.

- Experience working with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.

- Hands-on experience developing AI Agents / Agentic AI workflows using LangGraph.

- Ability to design and develop scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions using REST APIs and FastAPI.

- Experience working with Snowflake for data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML workloads.

- Understanding of AI Governance, Responsible AI, data privacy, security, and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML, Data Science, AI Engineering, or related areas.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

- Strong problem-solving and software engineering skills.
