As a Generative AI - Associate 2, you will be at the forefront of transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques to extract insights from large datasets, focusing on exploratory and descriptive analysis, statistical modeling, and creating data visualizations to solve complex business problems and inform strategic decisions.

As an Associate, you will embrace a learning mindset and contribute to client engagements and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement machine learning models for GenAI projects

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key opportunities

- Leverage knowledge to create innovative solutions for operational enhancement

- Analyze data to inform model development and performance

- Mentor junior team members in machine learning techniques

- Align projects with strategic business goals

- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed

- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders effectively

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Experience developing and deploying machine learning applications

- Understanding data privacy and compliance regulations

- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and quantization of LLMs & RAG

- Proven experience in chatbot design and development

- Practical knowledge of ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn

- Skilled in object-oriented programming with languages such as Java, C++, or C#

- Relevant certifications in GenAI tools and technologies preferred

- Experience in implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) preferred
