As a Generative AI - Associate 2, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing data solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights, driving informed decision-making and business growth. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on building robust data infrastructure and systems, enabling efficient data processing and analysis. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will learn to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical skills and understanding your strengths.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement machine learning models for GenAI projects

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key opportunities

- Leverage knowledge to create innovative solutions for operational enhancement

- Analyze data to inform model development and performance

- Mentor junior team members in machine learning techniques

- Align projects with strategic business goals

- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed

- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders effectively

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required- Experience developing and deploying machine learning applications

- Understanding data privacy and compliance regulations

- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and quantization of LLMs & RAG

- Proven experience in chatbot design and development

- Practical knowledge of ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn

- Skilled in object-oriented programming with languages such as Java, C++, or C#

- Relevant certifications in GenAI tools and technologies preferred

- Experience in implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) preferred
