Generative AI Data Scientist – Real AI Solutions, Milan

DXC Technology Company in Milan is seeking a Data Scientist to support AI and Generative AI projects, applying ML models, NLP and intelligent automation to improve business processes. You will join the Data & AI team and collaborate with clients to deliver practical AI solutions.

The role emphasizes governance, observability and scalable development with enterprise-grade GenAI tools, in a hybrid work setting that balances in-person collaboration with remote or smart working.

Contribute to design and implementation of AI solutions, including ML models, NLP and computer vision. Collaborate with senior team members to understand client requirements and translate them into AI solutions. Support relationships with clients/stakeholders for requirements and validation. Assist pre-sales with technical materials and client presentations. Stay updated on AI trends and apply knowledge to solution development. Maintain best practices and methodologies within the AI & Data Science team. Participate in AI projects and grow autonomy in client environments. Proven experience in Gen AI projects. Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions across lifecycles. Deep expertise in Gen AI tech: RAG, prompts, observability and guardrails.
