Role : Generative AI Engineer

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Engineer with 78+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Cloud Technologies, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, AI Agents, and scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Python development.

- Expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering.

- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agent / Agentic AI development.

- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.

- Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and XGBoost.

- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django for developing AI-powered backend applications.

- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure (Mandatory).

- Experience working with REST APIs, Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of Vector Databases and embedding models.

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

- Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, MLOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

- Experience developing scalable, distributed, and enterprise-grade AI applications.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Gemini, and Cursor.

Good to Have :

- Experience with enterprise AI platforms and LLM orchestration.

- Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, model evaluation, and optimization.

- Experience with multi-agent systems and advanced Agentic AI workflows.

- Understanding of AI security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
