Generative AI Engineer - Production ML (Hybrid)

ContentWise SpA, in Milan or Padua, Italy, is seeking a proactive AI/ML Engineer to join the AI Labs team on a hybrid basis. You will design, train, and deploy cutting-edge ML/AI solutions, build end-to-end data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business challenges into technology-driven outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree and strong programming in Python/Java/C++, with experience in ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and CI/CD.

Design and develop ML/AI and Generative AI solutions. Build data pipelines for collection, processing and validation. Develop, train, and optimize advanced models for real-world use cases. Deploy AI models into production with reliability and scalability. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve business problems. Explore new frameworks and tools to evolve the team’s capabilities. Work with Generative AI, NLP, and analytics technologies. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field such as CS/DS/Statistics/Engineering/Physics. Experience in software development and programming using Python, Java, C++, or R. Familiarity with ML/DS frameworks (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras). Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and Git, Agile, CI/CD. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Big Data (Spark/Hadoop). Interest in ML, DL, NLP, CV and Generative AI.
