Geographer/Biologist/Ecologist/Environmental Engineer/Physical Scientist

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position can be filled under any of the occupational series advertised, depending on the qualifications of the applicant and needs of the agency. The Army integrates the talents and skills of its military and civilian members to form a Total Army.

Assures compliance with public laws and regulations.

Conducts desk-top evaluation of site conditions using various remote-sensing tools and perform field investigations.

Communicates with consultants, contractors, resource agencies and the public through telephone conversations, face to face meetings, and presentations

Prepares technical documents to support findings, recommendations, and environmental impact evaluations.
