Georgian Restaurant Content & Supplier Specialist

We are seeking a highly specialized employee for our Georgian restaurant inAmsterdam. Responsible for combining authentic Georgian product sourcing,supplier coordination and management, cultural expertise and content creation.The position requires in-depth knowledge of Georgian cuisine, language, andproducer networks. Due to this unique combination, this is not a standardHORECA or marketing role.
Key Responsibilities - Manage direct communicationwith Georgian food and wine suppliers,
Source and coordinate authenticGeorgian products and imports,
Maintain and develop relationships withGeorgian producers,
Create visual content representing Georgian cuisine andculture,
Manage and update the restaurant online presence,
Safeguardauthenticity of Georgian branding and storytelling,
Support operational activitieswhen required.
Desired Candidate Profile - Fluency in English and Georgianlanguage,
Intimate knowledge of Georgian cuisine, wine, and culinary culture,Experience with Georgian suppliers and product sourcing,
Practical experience incontent creation (social media, editing, videography, production),
Ability tocombine operational, creative, and supplier-related tasks.
EducationalQualification - Graduate in any discipline.
