The Opportunity
Your Impact
- Deliver geotechnical analyses and designs for transportation, infrastructure, and land development projects.
- Perform slope stability, settlement, and numerical modelling to support safe, resilient designs.
- Interpret geotechnical investigations and translate subsurface conditions into practical engineering solutions.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, calculations, and design documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geotechnical solutions into broader project designs.
- Support junior engineers and EITs through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological Engineering.
- 5–10 years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience in a consulting environment.
- Strong technical foundation in soil mechanics, foundation design, and slope stability.
- Experience with geotechnical software such as Slide or Slope/W, PLAXIS, Settle3, CLiq, and CPeT‑IT.
- Working knowledge of Python and strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eligibility for registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia, or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 – $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 – $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $81,100 – $107,700
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The wage range provided in this job posting may be subject to change for business purposes.
