Geotechnical Officer

1. Melakukan analisis geoteknik untuk mendukung desain dan operasional tambang, termasuk stabilitas lereng, disposal, dan infrastruktur pendukung.

2. Mengumpulkan, mengolah, dan menginterpretasikan data geoteknik (bor, uji laboratorium, mapping) sebagai dasar rekomendasi teknis.

3. Memantau kondisi geoteknik di lapangan serta mengidentifikasi potensi risiko kegagalan lereng atau geohazard lainnya.

4. Memberikan rekomendasi desain lereng (slope design) dan parameter geoteknik untuk memastikan keselamatan dan efisiensi operasional.

5. Berkoordinasi dengan tim mine plan, geology, dan operasi dalam implementasi rekomendasi geoteknik.

6. Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem monitoring geoteknik (inclinometer, prism, piezometer, dll).

7. Menyusun laporan teknis geoteknik secara berkala sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan manajemen.

8. Memastikan seluruh aktivitas geoteknik sesuai dengan standar keselamatan kerja dan regulasi yang berlaku.

Requirements

1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Pertambangan, Geologi, atau Geoteknik

2. Pengalaman 3–5 tahun di bidang geoteknik, khususnya di industri pertambangan

3. Memahami konsep stabilitas lereng, rock mechanics, dan analisis geoteknik

4. Menguasai penggunaan software geoteknik (Rocscience, Slide, GeoStudio, atau sejenisnya)

5. Berpengalaman dalam pengumpulan dan interpretasi data geoteknik (drilling, uji laboratorium, mapping)

6. Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan problem solving yang baik

7. Teliti, detail-oriented, dan memiliki awareness tinggi terhadap aspek keselamatan kerja

8. Mampu bekerja di lingkungan site yang dinamis

9. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu bekerja lintas tim
