Required qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, or a related field.

· 5+ years in manufacturing operations, with a background in at least one of: quality, manufacturing/process engineering, or shipping/logistics.

· 2+ years leading projects with multiple teams, owners, and deadlines.

· Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken. Able to present to senior management and work with operators and engineers.

· Strong skills in Excel and project tracking tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).

· Able to work on site in Chihuahua and travel to the US when needed.

Preferred qualifications

· Experience moving production between factories or from a contract manufacturer to an in-house site.

· Knowledge of Mexico manufacturing: maquiladora/shelter programs, IMMEX, customs and pedimentos, and Mexican labor practices.

· Experience with electronics or lighting assembly (SMT, box build, test).

· Familiar with ERP/MRP systems and ISO 9001 quality systems.

· Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP certification.

· Experience working with a US-based corporate team.
