Requirements

- 5+ years of experience managing projects in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or similar).
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with product development and manufacturing processes.
- Advanced English skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end electronic product development projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain).
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
