Geriatric Medicine Physician Faculty
The Wright Center for Community Health, and its affiliated entity, The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education, is seeking a Board-Certified Geriatrician to join our dynamic team in Northeastern Pennsylvania. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality, compassionate care within a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC-LA) setting while also contributing to the next generation of geriatric care providers. TWC is proud to be a part of an "Age-Friendly Health System" recognized by UCLA Health and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. Additionally, TWC is a partner in the Age Friendly Lackawanna Collaborative sponsored by the Moses Taylor Foundation and the United Way of Lackawanna, Wayne and Pike counties.
About the Role:
- Serve as a core member of our interdisciplinary clinical team within a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model.
- Provide comprehensive care to our aging population in a community-focused environment.
- Play a key role in our ACGME-accredited Geriatric Fellowship Program as core faculty, with potential for an educational leadership role based on experience and credentials.
