• At Ascension Living PACE Michigan, we believe that geriatric care should be deeply relational, not transactional. Located in the heart of Flint, our team is comprised of a tight-knit, collaborative group of Physicians and APPs who prioritize a culture where every voice is heard and valued. We offer a truly sustainable practice model: with a manageable caseload of approximately 80 patients and a focused daily volume of 2 to 6 visits, you are afforded the meaningful time required to build genuine, longitudinal relationships with your patients.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
