Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a German Call Center Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. As a German Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our German-speaking clients. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer needs
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and resolved
- Achieve and maintain set performance targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and applications
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus
